Responsibilities:

• Promote healthy lifestyles through education and focused conversation with patients, families, and communities.
• Demonstrate safe and competent clinical skills for specific patients, practitioners and conditions in order to deliver care to the best of your ability.
• Develop new or update old nursing care plans to meet patient’s changing health needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Promote safe work practices for self and others.
• Apply scientifically-based principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, or participate in individualized practices that improve patient outcomes.
• Exhibit accountability for your actions by anticipating risks and appropriately managing your responsibilities to patients and professional colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
